Wondering if anyone can help me with this. I'm a little confused over some joints homework. For example, if the knee is doing flexion. Then what plane is that occuring and what is the agonist involved (please provide only one)?

Also, if the hip was doing flexion, then what plane is that occuring in and what is the agonist involved.

And last one, if the wrist if doing hyperextension, which agonist is involved?

Thanks........

I've been especially confused with the agonists part of the question as most textbooks tend to have more than one muscles involved.......which is true, but they don't tend to point out the agonist.
