Great site for delegation guidelines

I also posted this on the graduate nurses board, but I figured I would post it here, since there are not too many great sites that address delegation to LPN's and other staff. I think this is one of the most challenging part of the boards, and there is not a lot of information out there. Check it out!

Just be aware that every state might have it's own interpretation of what "delegation" is and how it differs from "assignment". I think the link is helpful though.
