I hope you can give me some good advice on selecting an NCLEX Review book.

There are many great books out there. Two of my favorites.....
1. Lippincott's Review for NCLEX-RN - this is a great one for questions. It has lots of questions, grouped into the different systems, plus some comprehensive tests at the end. I used this one all the time during my nursing program after studying for tests, and it helped a lot when it came time to take the test.
2. NCLEX-RN Review - this one is endorsed by the NSNA and goes through each system with a good review, then a few review questions at the end. It doesn't have a ton of questions, but it has the good reviews, which the Lippincott doesn't have.

I have Davis and Kaplan as well as the above mentioned 2. I think I also have an older version of the Mosbys too. I studied from them all during school as well. Good luck on your upcoming boards. I take mine on Thurs.

I use this book too!!! I just got it last Monday (recommended by 2nd semester + NS) and I absolutely love it. It has questions and rationales for every answer choice in just about every branch of nursing!!!
