What to say during an interview???

If you have never been in the medical field what kinds of things can you say that will impress the person that is interviewing you???

Ask questions about those things that concern you. Interviews work both ways.

I ask things like "What do you like to see from your employees?", "Do you promote advancement?" etc.

Investigate the hospital and note what accomplishments they have made e.g. "#1 in heart care, etc." and state how you could be a part of the team.

explain why you want to be in the medical field in the first place.
