After I turn in my application to csn can i transfer over to unlv while i wait for the answer of wether i got in or not? Or would that eliminate me?

That would not eliminate you. Many students, such as myself, are students simultaneously at UNLV and CSN, and applied to both UNLV and CSN.

Transferring from CSN to UNLV only means you will be a student at both, and your credits from CSN will be on record at UNLV.

I'm confused... you're talking about taking classes at UNLV while you wait to get in at CSN? Are you talking about nursing classes or pre-reqs? Why would you do that?

I might be able to answer you if I better understand your question.

I went to UNLV only. My ex-husband, sister, and many friends took pre-reqs at CSN then transferred to UNLV to finish their pre-reqs and complete nursing school. I have other friends who completed their entire study at CSN.
