Tigan Administration

I am unfamiliar with IM tigan, can it be administered in the deltoid or should I be using a deeper muscle. The volume is 2 ml, and I had mixed answers from coworkers. Any advice would be appreciated, thx!

Z-track technique into the upper outer quadrant is recommended.
