Hi ya'll, I just moved to Houston so my husband can start FNP school. I'm currently looking for jobs here and have been set up with multiple interviews. I have an MSN and am looking at outpatient clinics and triage type jobs. Not floor nursing, but not management jobs either. I have the interviews at the Texas Medical Center. I have 3 years of acute care experience. My question is how much am I worth per hour, not including benefits? The benefits vary greatly throughout TMC but I would like to know how much to negotiate for pay. Thanks in advance!
