So here's the deal.
Got a job offer for my dream job. Everything contingent on drug screen and background check. Pretty much set and clear and the last step was Friday's drug screen.
I'm a breastfeeding mom to a exclusively breastfed baby and drink tons of fluid in a day! On my best day I can drink up to a gallon (yay me!) I drink water all day and all night too! I always have a bottle near my bed for bathroom trips and nursing episodes. That, and I take prenatals- the perfect lactating patient really lol!
Tested Friday afternoon and only had 30-40oz for my whole morning 7am-300pm. Had my prenatal too.
Pee came out neon yellow (duh I take vitamins).
I coincidently had a friend testing the same day - unrelated job. She got to talking about how worried she was about a dilute specimen (she's a weed smoker) and how she hopes she passed.
Uhm what!? Dilute specimen ? That's a thing?? Always been a drinker of water and never had an issue with any tests in my life. But for once I wonder ?? Could this be an issue for me??
Not overtly worried but curious.

You're worrying too much. That's an appropriate amount of water to drink, if not even too little, for a breastfeeding mom.
Chill.
You've got this.
Thanks! My husband poured me a glass of wine and said "you need to relax" lol
