Recent Nclex Exam PVT

I took my exam last Monday, Jan 26. I stopped at 265, was thinking that I failed. 30 mins after the exam, I tried the PVT placed a valid credit card then after submitting, the pop up says on hold. I was thinking it's either I pass or fail, Waaaaah. After 24 hrs of my exam, I typed the credit card again, this time it says: Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time, which they say is a good pop up. This afternoon will be the 48th hr, my quick results will be available, hoping I will pass. Fingers crossed. Help me God.
