I am hoping to get feedback from fellow RNs, LPNs, and nursing professionals.

On a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being very poor and 10 being excellent), how would

your rate your local hospital's online application process? Is the information content clear, ease of use, recruitment feedback info, ability to personalize application?

Any feedback would be excellent!

rating - 5

- not easy to personalize; add attachments

- also, poor navigation r/t multiple fields; for example if you miss a field on the online form, you are unable to advance. the cache or "cloud" memory would not recall data, which requires the frustrating process of starting from scratch.

- poor content in describing recruitment feedback times

- poor transparency with salaries

pros - ease of job searching according to specific units of interest

- allows for email notifications for new job postings

- general website is fairly informative of new happenings, diagnostics, etc
