Pediatrics Nursing book and accessories

Hi! Do you know any book or pocket books that I can read about Pediatrics nursing that will help me for my work. I got accepted at the hospital Pediatrics area and I just really want to prepare since my last work is about Geriatric area or the Nursing home, it's gonna be a different world to me when I become Pediatric nurse.

And as a Pediatric nurse what accessories that I should have to have a good interaction with my patients :)
