Pediatric rehab or pediatric pulmonary floor?

I just received a phone call that I will be interviewing for one of these two positions. My long-term goal is to work in pediatric critical care (PICU/NICU) and do peds/neo transport. There is an opening on the pedi rehab floor (birth to 18 years) and one on med-surg that mostly deals with vent-dependent children. If hours and pay were the same, which one would you choose keeping the long-term goal in mind? Thanks so much.
