Parkland, Dallas RN Residency 2016

I have a few general question about the new Parkland Hospital in Dallas and their 2016 residency program.

*Do they have a moving reimbursement for the new graduates that get hired?

*As the new grads go through the residency do they get raises as they transition to RN I, and if so what is the timeframe on that?

*Is the new Parkland a smart move for a new grad to sign a contract for 3 years?

*Is there a difference in base pay for an ADN or BSN? I have heard it is $24.52 for everyone, plus shift differentials.
