NW Arkansas-RN and NP

Hi Everyone!

my husband and I are thinking of moving to the NW Arkansas area in a couple of years and wondering what you all think of the regions' hospitals. Pros/cons, etc. we also of course would like to know what to expect as far as salary goes. When we move, we will have both had 4 years of experience on med/surg for me and telemetry for my husband. Any input you guys could give would be appreciated! It's a big move and we are nervous without knowing how salary and job availability compares!

Also, within the next few years my husband will obtain his family NP, so if anyone has any input in this area that would be helpful also!!
