Nursing in Cullowhee and surround North Carolina area advice?

Hi all!! I'm in the middle of a delimma I'm hoping to get some thought on. My fiance has been applying to Doctorate of Physical Therapy programs, and has been accepted into Western Carolina University (YAY!!) The problem is that I currently work in the Raleigh-Durham area and will need to find a new position near Cullowhee or Sylva NC. Does anyone have experience with salary ranges around this area, or places to work? I'm an ED RN with a year of experience and would like to stay in the ED, but I would be open to other positions if needed! Thanks in advance for taking the time to read and reply!
