I don't think exercise physiology is as well recognised in Australia as it is in America (I had not heard about them until recently), but I am starting to develop a passion for the sort of work exercise physiologists do. I also hope to bring a knowledge of nursing to exercise physiology. I'm glad you found the two degrees compatible. I will now start looking for nursing work that combines the two elements in the hope that it will give me experience in my future role as an exercise physiologist.

This is exactly what I've been trying to do as an RN with a passion for prevention.
