    20+ years on tile floors and about 10 on carpet. Have (familial) osteorthritis in both knees (among other joints). Have also started taking glucosamine, but can't take naproxin because it's incompatible with my daily aspirin. So far I'm doing ok with a little tylenol now and then.

    I am 28 and have been a nurse 7 years. I have noticed a steady worsening in my knee pain. When I started out I had no knee pain at all, now I have days that I have to rely on a knee brace and advil to be able to function. BTW have any of you heard of Z-COILS(brand of orthonic shoes). I work with an older nurse and she said they completely stopped her knee pain. I am thinking about getting some but the $200./pair makes me want to check them out thoroughly.
