Nurse Finders not calling back

Nurses General Nursing

Hello, I am an RN with several years med-surg experience. I decided I would like to work part time/per diem with Nurse Finders. There is an office close by. I applied online, provided references, took the tests (scored over 90% on both), etc. but Nurse Finders didn't call me. I didn't think much of it and picked up overtime at my current job. After I couple months I received an automated phone call talking about the opportunities with Nurse Finders. I figured that's perfect and was connected to a person. They took my contact information and never called back. I called again a couple weeks later and they never returned my phone call. Logged online and my account is inactive.

Does anyone else have a similar experience or an idea as to what is going on? I have no blemishes on my record and would eventually like to turn travel nursing into a full time job. Thanks for your help!

When an employer treats me in this manner in spite of my attempts to contact them to arrange work, at a certain point in time I no longer consider them to be an employer. If they have never provided me with work, I just leave them off my resume so there is no chance for them to give me a negative reference.

I found Agencies are very slow right now, but they still advertise like crazy. Don't be surprized if when the market opens up again they will be calling you.
