NOC: What for lunch/dinner?

What do you pack for lunch/dinner/breakfast when you are working NOC?

99% of the time I pack the same lean protein and some fruit. Frozen foods look unsatisfying and salty. I could use some new ideas.

Any recommendations for pre-made and homemade?

I usually bring leftovers for "lunch". And I get an Egg MacMuffin on the way home both to help me stay awake while driving and to make sure I don't go to bed with an empty stomach. Going to bed with an empty stomach has me waking at noon to rummage in the fridge and unable to get back to sleep.

It's been a while since I worked night shift, but I usually ate dinner about 9-11 pm. Often it was left overs. Then I'd graze the rest of the night on fruit, nuts, crackers, other snacks.

Yogurt and some frozen fruit, or a protein shake. I try not to graze on snacks during the night because it's very easy for me to lose track of how much I eat.
