Need your opinion! Cover letter help!

I'm sending my resume to a hospital which is my dreammmm place to work. I need help fine tuning my cover letter. Please take a look and any advice you could offer is very much appreciated! Thank you so much.

Dear XXX,

I am writing to express my interest in beginning my nursing career at XXX Hospital. I am a new graduate from XXX University. As you can see from my resume, I completed two summer nursing externships at XXX, in the Peds ED and the PICU. I love your facility and your nurses, and would be very excited to have a career as part of your team.

Through my externships, I was impressed with how willing the nurses I encountered were to teaching and sharing. I had wonderful experiences there, and would be thrilled to be back at XXX. I have always wanted to work in pediatrics. I believe your hospital is not only professional, but is an excellent environment in which to work and learn. I feel the skills I have gained through school and my externships make me a great candidate. I believe I would make a great addition to your staff.
