I need to interview a nurse for my nursing class. Your response can be as long, the longer the better. Thank you and I really appreciate you taking the time to actually respond and help me for class.

2. What is your personal philosophy of nursing?

3. How do you use information learned in nursing school to take care of patients such as assesment, planning, interventions and evaluation of care delivered (nursing process), time mangement skills and learning skills etc?

4. How do you deal with frustrations and stressors on the job and demonstrate healthy coping behaviors?

5. How do you collaborate and communicate with other health professionals?

6. How do you recognize your limits and ask for help when needed?

7. How do you participate in lifelone learing (i.e. attend seminars, continuing edu programs, membership in professional orgnizations, edu programs, subscribe to journals, use websites for nursing practice)

8. Do you mentor an other aspiring professionals? If so how? If not, why?

9. What do you see as the biggest challenge the nursing profession currently faces. What can nurses do to address this issue?
