Name on resume diff. from on license

I am currently in the process of getting a new license in a new state with my new name, but am also applying for a new job. I was updating my resume under my new name, but how do I list my current license? Do I just put my current license number with my name in () next to it?

The other part of this is that I am applying to a new job within the same company, and my name is already changed to my new one within the system, so I don't want my resume to be under my old name. Any help is appreciated!

The name you use in professional practice needs to match the name on your license. I suggest that you not update your resume to reflect your new name until you officially change your name with the BON and receive a new license bearing that name.
