LVN wanting to get into prevention/wellness nursing

Hi I am an LVN with no degree, wanting to pursue a career into prevention/wellness side of medicine. I recently got accepted into a pre-licensure BSN program that is about 59,000 in tuition. Before I get myself into loaning a huge amount, I wanted to look at my other options. Have you guys heard of careers out there that involve LVNs in this side of nursing? Would having an RN be enough to be in this field? Ultimately, preventative & wellness is my interest career goal and I would love to hear your guys' input...
