Interview thank you etiquette/advice

Nurses General Nursing

Hi, I recently interviewed for a hospital RN position and was interviewed by a panel of three people. Would anyone recommend whether to send individual thank you notes or one to all three. The other problem is I didn't catch all three names (I was too nervous!) Thanks in advance!

if you can get the names of ea person you interviewed with, an individual thank you is ideal.

if you send it to one person, no guarantees the other 2 will read it.

you really want everyone involved, to acknowledge your gratitude.

good luck!

Only problem is that I did not remember all three names. I remember the first name only of one, got the full name for the second, and am not sure at all about the third. Is it better to send to those whose names I do remember or any other suggestions?? Thanks!

maybe human resources will know?

not all depts are run the same, but whatever happens internally (re interviews) at our facility, is also aware, even when set up by nm/med'l dir, etc.

Tried to call HR earlier, but no one answered. Will try again in the morning. Thanks again for your responses.
