How to land a RN job at NYP

Hello, any advice on how to land an RN job at NYP? Any current NYP nurses, recently interviewed/hired nurses, friends/family of NYP nurses who may shed some light on this matter? I emailed a NYP talent acquisition recruiter just lightly asking of the same but didn't even hear back, lol. I'm currently a surgical nurse on a very fast paced general surgery floor in upstate NY but would want to work at NYP. And what makes it an elite hospital, other than pay of course? I've heard it's a hard hospital to get into. Any tips?
