If a stage 1 is found pretty early and pressure relieved, how long is the minimum amount of time for it to heal completely. Is it possible for one to develop and heal all in under 24 hrs?

stage 1 is redness with no skin breakdown. yes, it can heal in 24 hours.

Yup. Quick intervention is the key to keeping it from progressing.

If all you have is some redness, and you completely relieve the pressure it may heal in 1-2 days.

My left heel has to be kept elevated whenever I am in bed or sitting in my recliner. It will turn dark red in no time at all, and then it will be 2-4 days to return to normal. It is always very sensitive.

I wear shoes that are backless all the time, and the only time I am barefoot is in the shower!

Keep those red areas elevated!

Also, it depends on the person's general health, comorbidities. If their albumin and protein are in the toilet, it make take longer, ditto if they have PVD, history of CABG with vein harvest from that leg, etc.
