Hi from Montana!!!

I have always been told to always say at least 1 weakness, never ever say 'I can't think of any' or something like that. They ultimately want to hear your weakness and what you are trying to do to improve it or how you can turn your weakness into a positive. So if you state a weakness, follow it up with what you are doing to improve on it or how it can really be a strength.

I have a book around here somewhere about interviewing strategies, I'll try to find it and give you a few examples.

I was always told to actually state a positive as your weakness. For example, I feel I am too much of a perfectionist when it comes to my work. Although you are saying it is a weakness, it is more of a good quality to have in the employer's eyes. You would then explain it this way...I can be a perfectionist when it comes to my performance, but I realize that is unrealistic since I am not and will never be perfect. So, that is something I continue to work on. ;)

By the way, welcome to the board!
