Help! Any info on Winthrop University Hospital ED?

Hello! I'm a new grad and just passed my boards (YAY!). I have been lucky enough to receive two job offers for ED fellowships and am a little torn between the two. I'm leaning more towards the Winthrop fellowship but was hoping someone might be able to give me a little more insight about working in the ED there. I currently work in a fairly crazy ER so am not too concerned about the craziness of the day to day with patients but am more curious about the staff "vibe" there as well as opportunities to grow both professionally and salary-wise. If anyone has any information to offer, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hi! I know this thread is old but I will be attending the ER fellowship day there. Assuming that you met through the same process, can you give me an idea of the type of questions that would be asked? I have heard it will be situational type questions and since I'm a new grad I'd like to know how to prepare for those type of questions. Any feedback would be kindly appreciated. Thank You!
