Dec 12, '15Joined: Sep '15; Posts: 2Never had a problem finding a job in New Mexico. BSN will give you an advantage in the job market though. It's never too late to learn. I would say in my BSN program over half was over 30, with kids, and usually a second career. Shadowing is a good idea, nursing is not for everyone. I have loved it personally, multiple opportunities if you don't like the area you are currently working in.
