Clayton State University Spring 2016
So you can take the pathophysiology class after acceptance? And does anyone know how the scheduling is like? Can you choose your own and how many days a week you have to go in?

Calling all students of GSU, CSU, and GGC
Georgia Gwinnet College is fairly new. So I am not sure if much people will reply at all. But I am asking for both Clayton State, Georgia State and GGC. Is there anyone here in the nursing program or was in the nursing programs at one of these schools? What is or was it like for you? How was your schedule? Did you get to choose your own? I'm looking to applying to these schools. And the schedule means a lot to my admissions. I don't want to go in more than 3 or 4 days a week.

My teacher Failed, need advice
I think you should definitely file and try to go to the dean. Explain to them your exact story and thoughts. I think they will definitely care. How did you do in your other classes? Do other teachers like you? If so this will look good for you.

Better to be an LPN than not a nurse at all?
Yes, I was going to say the same thing. Do your prereqs then wait to transfer to another station. Also I was thinking about taking the LPN route. But it is too late, but honestly if I was to do it all over I would take the LPN route then transfer to RN then to BSN or Masters (which is mostly online). I wish I did this route to avoid all the core classes and stuff.

Going back to school at 30 to become a RN -- need advice!
I'm taking prerequisites right now. Everyone is between the ages 22-40. I met a lady who is 40 taking her prereqs to become a nurse. So don't feel like ur too old! Go for what you believe in and that will make you happy. Don't pay attention to people telling you that you are too old or telling you that you are going to nursing school for the wrong reasons. Do what makes you happy or think will make you happy.

Im terrified to start nursing school!
I'm terrified of nursing school. I'm scared to start next year. Everyone keeps saying how hard it is and how it takes you from your friends and family. I don't work and honestly my only fear is that I won't be able to spend much time with my 1 year old daughter. I'm afraid she will feel like I am giving her no attention and neglecting her. Did you get through nursing school able to show your children the attention and help they needed?

Statistics class
Hey, I'm not sure where you live. But I go to Georgia Perimeter College. It's a community college and you don't have to live in Ga to take this class because it's an online class. It's only about $525-530 dollars for a 3 credit course such as statistics. I just took the class this semester Here is the school's tuition, scroll all the way down to online students only: Schedule of Tuition and Fees
