Anyone out there ever received or administered EDTA as an oral or IV chelation agent? What was your experience and what side effects did you observe? Was the drug effective? My drug guide lists possible side effects of hypocalcemia, hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, hypotension, among other things. Thanx in advance for any info:D

SOME clinicians believe it will bind with heavy metals which is the ONLY use (lead that is)....others say it heals your heart, arteries and veins and makes you better, smarter, prettier, neater, cleaner, and able to play the violin without any lessons.
I don't believe the FDA smiles on this one.
