record in our Area or is it? just some inspirational feedback for the nurses who spent hours of unpaid time during negotiations---i'm in 7th heaven--19% over the next 11months(which did include no retro for last 7 but looking forward we came out ahead) we have 22steps--starting goes from17.68 to21.22 jly02--top step goes from 23.78 to28.54 and with having a $4noc diff(if you like nocs) is nice. I've been with this hospital for 28yrs and this has been a best. THANKS TEAM and ADM. TALK AGAIN
