Nurses General Nursing

Hello! I am a nursing student. I need to go to a BRN meeting and my instructor asked us to prepare questions for the meeting about nursing scope of practice.

Any suggestions?

THANK YOU!

"Spoon-feed" doesn't mean "I'm having trouble grasping the complexities. Can we please go over it again?" "Spoon-feed" means "I'm too busy to be bothered learning that. Just tell me what I need to know."

I quoted myself from a recent post. Seemed to fit.

Hi TriciaJ!

Im thinking about the scope of practice during public emergency. I know health care providers have modified scope activities during an emergency situation, but as a nurse, would you go beyond your practice to save a person's life?

Thankyou

Doesn't matter what I would do. I might have a good outcome, or end up in very hot water. Since you brought it up, why don't you check out the Good Samaritan laws in your state?

I will. Thanks for your help! and also for the "spoon-feeding" quote
