Hey, I have a question. Today was the first clinical day that I had to do a lot of lifting of a relatively heavy patient (I was smart enough to get someone to help), and I realized that I was using my back instead of my legs and also my lifting wasn't very effective (I was having to expend a lot of effort and not getting a good bit of lifting accomplished). I want some tips on how to use your legs in lifting, b/c my lower back is pretty sore right now!! Thanks everyone... I know I can't lose my back this early in my career!!
