I now have 2 job offers!!! Perseverance pays off! It's kind of crazy that after trying and trying for so long to no avail, I now have a choice.

Now I just wonder, how do I politely and respectfully decline one of the offers? I am so grateful to both.

You do just that, say thank you so much for the offer, tell them how happy you are for their consideration but you must decline their offer.

Congrats on your job offers, options are ALWAYS a good thing. I would defiantly suggest checking out both places before making a concrete decision. Good luck :smokin:

Thank you all so much. I feel so happy. I have wanted to be an RN for so long and each milestone has felt incredible: Getting accepted to nursing school, passing the exit exam, passing NLCEX(!!!), and finally job offers. Can't wait to sign my name on the dotted line and embark on another course of learning and helping people.

I had two offers too. I checked out both places, asked everyone I knew, and looked into the benefits. In the end I chose the one with the best benefit package. Congrats and good luck

Did you make any changes to your resume, cover letter, approach, etc that you feel were the difference in getting these offers or was the timing just right?

Do you have both offers in writing? Wait till you have an offer in writing with a specific start date for the job you plan to take before you turn down the other one. Then I would call the hiring manager at the place you're turning down and thank them for offering you the job, but explain that you've accepted another offer.
