Accelerated nursing program! Help?

Nurses General Nursing

Specializes in CNA.

So, I have my CNA, finished the first level of LPN while I was in high school, but decided to go to college after high school instead of finishing out the LPN technical school. (it was a lot more money and I "wanted" to go for my RN). I decided it might be easier to get my RN straight through at a local community college. (I was wrong) I started taking pre-requisites for nursing as a matriculated student at my local community college. I completed them. Applied 3 times with a 3.8 GPA to try and get into my community colleges nursing program. Never got in. Before I knew it I had my Associates degree in Liberal Arts. It was either stop my schooling, or transfer out and get a bachelors degree in at least something. I love Psychology so I decided to finish out a Bachelors degree in Psych, but I am still yearning to be an RN it has always been my first choice and I feel like I want to keep trying to get there! I was wondering how competitive these "Accelerated programs" are? and do I honestly have a chance. I will have my Bachelors in Psychology next year. :/
