I'm doing this case study and it asks what are the five ps that should guide the assessment of M.Cs right leg before and after surgery

Poikilothermy: (paraphrased from Taber's) the condition of having something assume the same temperature as the environment - ie ambient temperature.

Reminds me of when people say they "don't have a temperature" - everybody has a temperature, even if it's ambient! (generally a bad finding).
