I was offered a job at Geisinger Health System and am not sure if I should accept or not. It would mean a bit of a move for me but that is a move I think I'd be willing to make if it's worth it. Anyone currently employed here and have any input on the system there? I am currently employed in a hospital in which I am very unhappy... unsafe patient/nurse ratios, mis-treated by management, etc etc. I like the idea that this is a magnet hospital. Also, what is the city of Danville like? Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

I just got a job at Geisinger Wyoming Valley as a Student Extern - there isn't a lot to do in this area (I live in W/B-Scranton area) - I think its a decent system to work for - so far...depends on the unit you're on...
