GCU Nursing Spring 2017

Published

Is anyone applying for Spring 2017?

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

Me!! I'm getting super nervous!

@Aasshh

I got accepted as an alternate this fall semester, but they didn't have enough spots. I decided to just retake some easy classes so I can have a full 24 credits with GCU to be considered Tier 1. I have a 4.0 GPA and a high HESI average, so my chances are high at actually getting selected this time.

Is this your first time applying? Are you wanting to do the fast track option? Which cohort are you wanting to be in? :)

This is my first time applying. I want to do fast track and I think I picked GCU location.

Well I am sure you have nothing to worry about. Do you have any idea as to when we will find out if we are accepted?

My SSA just emailed me back today saying that we would be hearing back from the nursing dept. no earlier than October 17th. We still have a long time to wait.

I applied! Hopefully I get accepted this time!

I hope you get in also @williamstraci

It's been a long waiting game. Hopefully, we will find out by next week.

I also applied for the Spring and I feel like the wait might kill me. Hopefully we will all have good news to report soon.

Thank you! I hope you get in as well! Your grades are perfect y hough so I'm pretty sure you don't need to worry!

Hi Everyone!

I hope we all get in! I applied as well :) The suspense is killing me this last week! I don't spend much time on campus, so I don't know how any of this works.

I talked to the person that sends out all of the acceptance emails. He is sending them out today, but there are of course... issues. Some people could be getting their emails as soon as today, but don't be shocked if you don't. They have already picked who they want.

Also, they are still waiting for the exact amount of spots at each site, so if your email does not state where you are going... you will get another email letting you know what cohort you have been chosen for once they finalize it.

Good luck everyone.
