I got accepted as an alternate this fall semester, but they didn't have enough spots. I decided to just retake some easy classes so I can have a full 24 credits with GCU to be considered Tier 1. I have a 4.0 GPA and a high HESI average, so my chances are high at actually getting selected this time.
Is this your first time applying? Are you wanting to do the fast track option? Which cohort are you wanting to be in? :)
I talked to the person that sends out all of the acceptance emails. He is sending them out today, but there are of course... issues. Some people could be getting their emails as soon as today, but don't be shocked if you don't. They have already picked who they want.
Also, they are still waiting for the exact amount of spots at each site, so if your email does not state where you are going... you will get another email letting you know what cohort you have been chosen for once they finalize it.
Good luck everyone.
