Hello Everyone,

I know it is extremely early in the year but, the May deadline will be here before we know it. I wanted to see if there is anyone out there applying for GCU specifically in Tucson but, also in phoenix. I want to hear your experiences with the application process and the new Hesi A2 exam. I am planing on taking my Hesi A2 at the end of March.

I'm currently taking HCR(finishes tomorrow) Bio 202, stats, chemistry and math.

So have you applied yet without these classes? I'm nervous because I still have I take chm, bio201, and psy230. I'm taking them at Phoenix college this summer.... But will be applying for GCU without them on my transcripts....

As long as your classes are completed by the start date August 25th... Than you're good.

I took the Hesi Today in Tucson and overall I am very happy with my score. I got a overall 73.8. My best subjects were the math and reading. The science portions were hard to study for because they were so broad. Im hoping since GCU is saying there is no minimum score my GPA of a 3.6 will get me in! I hope everyone did well. :-)

I got a 79.43% I didn't write my scores but I know I got 68% in Chem, 80% in Anatomy and 78% in math.

I was really freaking out thinking I did bad assuming everyone else scored way higher. Glad to hear I'm not the only one who didnt score really high. One girl I spoke to today scored an 87%! Smart girl. :)

My overall GPA is 3.6 and science GPA is 3.8.

Fingers crossed.

GOOD JOB! I'm so happy its over LOL. Now I can focus on my last semester of Pima :-) So now all I need to do is the finger prints, background, and submit grades. I can not believe how close it all is.

I'm still really curious how this test is coming into play with the acceptance process since it has no minimum score. OH and we were not suppose to take Biology and we had to take it today..... SO WE WILL SEE

It took me about 2.5 hours.
