Gcc and ncc 2017 nursing applicants

Published

I am sure everyone is waiting for a decision for 2017/18 Community colleges nursing program. I am just curious what is everyone stats? I am pretty sure I will not be accepted because my teas score is very low but here are my stats:

If you have already been accepted what advice would you have for next year?

AP1: A

Nursing GPA: 3.36

Teas: 57

Hopefully we get in. My stats include:

ANP I: A-

TEAS: 74.5

nursing GPA: 3.2

April 6th is supposed to be. The day we find out so I'm keeping my hands pressed together in anticipation of finding out.

Don't feel too discouraged about your stats! The teas score is only worth 25% so your GPA and A in BIO will help you! I applied to Gateway as my first choice and Norwalk as my second. I really hope I don't get waitlisted this waiting is killing me!

A/P 1: A

TEAS: 86.7

GPA: 3.3

I wish more applicants would share their stats so we could see how good/competitive the applicant pool is this year.

Hi,

Has anyone heard back yet?

I haven't heard anything yet no. I think they posted them earlier but it was at the wrong time for some reason so they took them down.

I just looked again and decisions are under the Nursing Decisions tab. I was accepted. Good luck to the rest of you!

I was accepted as well! Do you know if Nursing 101 requires a clinical? I see it is an 8 credit class.

I'm not entirely sure...I have to look more into the acceptance documents. Also all of the information sessions from now until we start will definitely clear anything up.
