Good morning,
My name is Richard and I applied to GCC for the winter/spring 2018 semester and wanted to start and topic for everyone to discuss.
Don't be because that won't help you read the words carefully. If you have the chance to do some practice test do them. In my case those helped me a lot because they were harder than the actual test. My biggest mistake was to just read a little for the science part. I just study summaries when in reality the questions in the test were more details.
It was like I was taking physiology again, well in my case my test had a lot of physio questions which of course I had forgotten all along and didn't review them otherwise you'll be fine. As long as you study and do some practice ati teas tests
Just got a letter from LATTC inviting to take the teas on November 2, omg if not ready to take it on November they have another available date on December that's there next available date. Sooo anyone taking the teas on November 1 at GCC good luck I wish I could take it then, but not ready.
I took it at GCC! I did not really have time to prepare so I ended up spending $50 on the practice test on the ATI website (form B because I heard it was tougher than A). I really reccomend it if you feel nervous! If anything it'll give you a little experience on what the exam looks like which might help your anxiety a little bit. The exam itself was much easier than the practice test in my opinion!!
