I was wondering if anyone else has applied to gghson for spring 2018 ABSN.

Do you guys think that since I didn't get the 3.4 science GPA I may not be ellegible at all? I have a 3.3

I wish there was a way to check on the application status online without having to call and bug them....

@ttnurse18 did your nursing cas application give you your science gpa because I didn't see one on mine. I think I'm around that gpa as well. When I went for a transcript evaluation I was missing A&P 2, nutrition, psych and pathophysiology. My gpa when my transcripts were evaluated were 3.33. I know psych doesn't count towards our science and I got a B in A&P 2, A in nutrition and I'm taking patho right now so I believe I'm around your gpa. Does nutrition and path go towards our science gpa, I just want to make sure I have some leeway.

And don't worry GPA is just one factor, they look at multiple things but you have nothing to worry about your GPA is good :)

Right, I believe we are about to be going on our 6 week this Tuesday.

@utepalumni5 I couldn't find my gpa on the NursingCAS either. Remember they sent an email and the gpa would be updated after comparing transcripts, but my nursingCAS gpa section was blank. The only ones that count towards your science gpa are chemistry, a&p1, a&p2, and microbiology.

You should be able to find your gpa on nursing cas by downloading your application. I found mine that way :)

Also, for calculating your gpa for the 4 ranking classes I would check out Mercer university GPA calculator.
