Hello all, I submitted my app in july, does anyone know when the spring 2018 acceptance emails will be sent out?

What about you, is there RN bridge in your plans after graduation?

Oh very nice ! I was hoping to bridge to the RN program because there is such a long wait in the traditional placement route . I'm hopeful for LPN placement spring 2018 to keep my plans on track . I called them and they said it didn't seem likely I'd get placed until fall 2018 so we'll see . I submitted my application July 13 2017 .

I submitted my application at the end of July and was told the same thing. I saw a post last year where someone said they applied in Nov of 2016 and they were placed for spring 2017, so I don't know what to think at this point. This wait is killing me.

I just received my letter stating I am in the top 40 and asking if I wanted day or evening classes. I applied Mid November so almost a year ago.

Yay! Exciting for you. I didn't apply until March so o think I will be waiting til Fall 2018. Bummer :(

This is the exact email I received to my personal email today at 1:15pm, I submitted my PN application July 13 2017

The initial communication regarding placement into the Spring 2018 of the Fast Track Practical Nursing program has been initiated. We regret to inform you that it is unlikely you will be placed in the Spring 2018 cohort. However if you get to position #1 - #15 on the wait list we will notify you at that time as there is then a possibility of placement. To give you an idea of where we are at on the wait list, those who were offered placement for Spring 2018 applied in December 2016. You need not do anything additional at this time as you will remain on the waitlist until a seat becomes available.

I received the same email. Very disappointed and I applied in February if this year.

That's so weird that you applied in November but she keeps telling everyone that placement for Spring 2018 is for those who applied in December 2017. You should've already received placement. I think alot of ppl failed so they automatically get put back in the following semester and it pushes the waiting list back. :-(
