Gateway CC Evenings Fall 2016

Hello everyone, I received my placement into Gateway's evening program for this Fall. Has anyone else been placed in this program?

I feel the exact same way.. I've been tempted to buy my scrubs and books already but I am trying to wait it out. Have you gotten all your vaccinations?

I haven't heard anything else either. I submitted my background check yesterday and I am very eager to take care of everything else that needs to be done and get started with the program. I don't know what to do with myself while I am waiting for more information. :D

I haven't done anything with my vaccinations yet. I am pretty sure I have everything. I think I am just going to get titers drawn because I don't have my vaccination record from when I was a kid. I work for a hospital and I think they offer cheap pricing at our occ health.

I am definitely going to wait on the books just to make sure they don't make any changes.

I was also placed in the evening program at Gateway. I am going to try to do the mid-AAS BSN through NAU. I am just waiting on one County to respond for my background check. I hope they said more information soon! I still need some vaccinations and the physical.

Good luck you guys! I am block 1 in the evening program at Gateway right now. If y'all have the same teachers as me, you're in for a great semester :)

M, T, Sat 5:30-9:30 PM. It will probably be more than just those 3 days for the first month of class.

Keep in mind it could change next semester, but we had AZ Veteran's Home at the VA, Lifecare Scottsdale, Phoenix North Mountain, or Springdale Village.

Are the clinical hours also 5:30-930pm? I thought they were 12 hours?

No, the clinical hours are 5:45-4:15.
