New to the forum & just curious:

Anyone else out here applying to GSCC for the Fall 2011 ADN program? Or recent grads from GSCC that can give some "general" pointers?

Oh girl, financially I cant quit working either! My fiance & I have been trying to pay credit cards & everything else down so it'll be easier when I cant work as much.

And yes, you can start taking those NUR courses once you're accepted. NUR 103 & 104 are a pre-req for NUR102 so I guess that's why they have those offered this summer.

but isn't registration for summer going to be before you know if you are in or not. Its May something I think. Are they going to be that quick to let you know you are in or not.

Oh tell me about it....trying to pay off credit cards and other debt...UGH! We are struggling as it is now but like I said I guess i will cross the bridge when the time comes regarding a job.

Yeah, registration for summer is like mid-May..but there's always drop & add. We SHOULD know by mid-May if we made it though.

I work out at Honda so I can only access Facebook from my phone. I'm a little leary of trying to log onto Facebook from here...LOL! The Honda police would get me. :)

I understand that...do you work in the office at Honda? My ex-husband and I used to work for a honda parts distributor in Rockmart, Ga. (Jefferson Southern) He worked there longer than I did. He left after moving up in teh company because he was ready to pull his hair out...they put too much on him.

Yep....in an office where I sit allllllll dayyyyy longggg. Sure, the money's good but good Lord, I can only sit & do nothing for so long. Drives me nuts! I have to keep busy. :anbd:

That is exactly how I feel most days. I actually get pretty bored sitting here also. I don't stay busy either. But that's how I get a lot of school work done.

Did you take the TEAS test on the computer or paper and pencil test?? I did the paper pencil test the first time and now taking it on computer next week
