Im not able to send pm, because I haven't reached the 15 posts. After researching the hospitals you have suggested. I see that they are all very good hospitals with the departments I am most interested in. I'm really interested in Peds, OB, or ER. Question about Shady Grove... Are they hiring fairly new grads there? I will have a few months under my belt when I start applying which will most like be in February/March 2010. How are the benefits there???

Once you have 15 public board posts, you will be able to send private messages (pm) and/or emails from the allnurses.com database. Until then, you will not see the pm or email option on profiles.
