I graduated with my BSN in 2013 and currently have 2 years experience in emergency medicine under my belt. I will be starting a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program this fall and would love to return to the military as a psych nurse practitioner. However, I have an issue that is best discussed with a military nurse with either medical recruiter experience, or some knowledge on how the process works. I am also looking only for Navy or Army personnel, as I have already spoken with the AF, and know there is nothing they can do for me. Upon reply, I will give more information on the topic, as I feel no need to air dirty laundry if there's no need. Thanks in advance for any responses!

If you have a condition that requires a waiver, this is a bad time to ask for one with active downsizing. However, I am pretty sure that there is a need in psych, so it could happen.
