Funny CT scan results

Had male pt come in for abd problems. Has a first name that could be male or female name. Such as Leslie, Francis,Chris, Drew, etc. (btw, it was none of those names)

Pt had a CT scan. Results stated stuff about the colon, blah blah blah and said "the uterus and adnexa are absent" LOL.

later, they added an addendum that stated " the uterus is absent b/c pt is a male"

LOL. I didnt tell the pt that, but its funny!
